Prof. Asiltürk Became a Jury Member at Antakya International Film Festival The faculty member of our Department of Cinema and Television of the Faculty of Fine Arts, Asst. Prof. Cengis Asiltürk became a jury member at Antakya International Golden Daphne Film Festival. The countdown to Antakya International Golden Daphne Film Festival, which will be the 7th this year, and held between 20-26 December 2019, began. At the festival, which our faculty member of the Department of Cinema and Television Asst. Prof. Cengis Asiltürk received an invitation to become a jury member at, film screening, courses in Cinema, workshops, exhibitions, and panels were held. Dr. Asiltürk will participate in the Festival as a jury member this year. He was the jury president of the Festival in 2016, and the film ‘‘Albatros’un Yolculuğu’’ directed by him served as the opening film at the Festival held in 2017, through which the Festival honoured Dr. Asiltürk. At the Festival held under the leadership of Hatay Metropolitan Municipality, and the Directorate General of Cinema of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, an Honour Award and Orontez Special Award will be given to their winners.
